When you don't feel or believe that you can have what you want, it can be quite painful. It's awful to desire change and watch others attain it, and not believe that you can have it yourself. You may ask yourself, " what's wrong with me? Why can't I just be more confident, feel more confident and get what I want? " Can this be changed? Is there any hope? As a certified hypnotist in the Philadelphia and King of Prussia areas, I know that so many of us struggle with a confidence. What is confidence? Confidence is our natural belief and ourselves and our capabilities. When confidence is low, it can be felt across several aspects of life, or just in certain areas. So why do some people have more confidence than others? One thing is for sure. We are all born with natural confidence in ourselves and our abilities. In fact, you would not learn the very basic things that define human behavior if you didn't naturally believe in your ability to do such things. For example, learning to walk is an achievement full of failures and coming short, and yet it is something that most of us achieve because we know that we can, and we keep trying until it is done. I believe that most of us would arrive in adulthood with perfect confidence if it was not challenged or attacked. Unfortunately for most of us, our belief in our own strengths and capabilities will be challenged and attacked. Outside of genetics, I think there are four main factors that contribute to our relationship with our own personal confidence. These are:
If you were raised by loving people and a loving home, you are more likely to be confident. If you were praised frequently and cheered on and encouraged a lot, you are more likely to be confident. On the flip side, if you received a lot of harsh criticism, your confidence very well could have been eroded away over time. Even if you were raised in a loving and well-adjusted family at home, the criticism that you could have met at the level of your education, your religion if you had one, your government, your social peers and society at large could have done a lot to chip away or outright tear down your confidence in yourself. Your confidence is also affected by your personal life experiences. Of course, traumatic life experiences can absolutely shake and damage your sense of self-confidence. On the other side of the spectrum, the more experience you have in overcoming challenge and overcoming fearful situations, the more your confidence will naturally grow. This is why, generally, people tend to become more confident as they get older, though there are certainly many exceptions depending on time of life, environment, etc. I know I would never want to be 20 again! I personally feel so much more confident now, almost 2 decades into the future! Can this be changed? Can we become more confident as adults? YES! 4 Steps to Grow Your Confidence Naturally

As a certified mindset hypnotist, when I tell people what I do, many ask me what that even means. Hypnosis? Mindsets?? What is mindset? After all, it's one half of the name of this very blog. Though first used in the early 20th century, the term "mindset" was more recently popularized by psychologist Carol Dweck in the first decade of the 21st century to differentiate between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. The way I see it, your mindset is one of the most important tools that you possess on your earthly journey. Mindset is everything. I like to think of mindset as the general mental and emotional outlook you have on life, your experiences and the world around you. It is how you use and apply your thoughts, your perceptions and your responses to your life. At the core of our approach to life lies our mindset - the beliefs and attitudes that shape how we perceive and respond to the world around us. Psychologist Carol Dweck introduced the concept of "mindset" in the early 2000s during her groundbreaking research, highlighting two main types: the fixed mindset and the growth mindset. 1. Fixed Mindset: Individuals with a fixed mindset believe that their qualities and abilities are static and unchangeable. They see challenges as threats to their self-worth and often shy away from them. Failures are seen as indicators of inherent incompetence, leading to feelings of helplessness and stagnation. This mindset can hinder personal growth and hinder the pursuit of goals. 2. Growth Mindset: On the other hand, individuals with a growth mindset view their abilities as malleable and can be developed through effort, learning, and perseverance. They embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and view failures as valuable lessons. This mindset fosters resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to step outside of one's comfort zone to achieve higher levels of success. The Implications of Mindset The mindset we adopt has profound implications for our personal and professional lives. Let's explore some key areas where the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset becomes evident. 1. Learning and Improvement: Those with a growth mindset tend to be more open to new experiences and ideas, as they believe in their capacity to learn and improve. This openness allows them to continuously expand their knowledge and skills, making them more adaptable in an ever-evolving world. 2. Goal Achievement: A growth mindset fuels a determination to persevere despite setbacks. This persistence is essential in pursuing long-term goals, as individuals with this mindset view challenges as stepping stones rather than roadblocks. 3. Resilience: In the face of adversity, a growth mindset helps individuals bounce back more quickly. They see setbacks as temporary setbacks rather than permanent failures, maintaining a positive outlook even in difficult times. 4. Relationships: The way we interact with others can also be influenced by our mindset. A growth mindset promotes empathy and the ability to understand differing perspectives, fostering healthier and more positive relationships. The Role of Hypnosis in Shifting Mindsets Hypnosis is a powerful therapeutic technique that can facilitate mindset shifts by accessing the subconscious mind. It's important to clarify that hypnosis is not about making individuals believe something they don't want to believe. Instead, it's about helping individuals align their subconscious beliefs with their conscious goals and desires. 1. Identifying and Releasing Limiting Beliefs: Hypnosis can help individuals uncover and release deep-seated limiting beliefs that contribute to a fixed mindset. By addressing the roots of these beliefs, hypnosis creates space for new, empowering beliefs to take root. 2. Rewiring Thought Patterns: Hypnosis can assist in rewiring thought patterns that reinforce a fixed mindset. By consistently introducing positive affirmations and visualizations during hypnosis sessions, individuals can reprogram their subconscious to embrace growth-oriented thinking. 3. Building Confidence and Self-Efficacy: A significant component of the growth mindset is believing in one's ability to learn and improve. Hypnosis can boost self-confidence and self-efficacy, encouraging individuals to take on challenges and experience success. 4. Embracing Change and Uncertainty: Transitioning from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset often requires embracing change and uncertainty. Hypnosis can help individuals become more comfortable with these aspects of life, reducing anxiety and resistance. 5. Overcoming Fear of Failure: Hypnosis can address the fear of failure that often accompanies a fixed mindset. By reframing failure as a natural part of the learning process, individuals can become more resilient and willing to take calculated risks. Fostering a growth mindset is essential for personal and professional success. The journey from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset involves rewiring our beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors - a transformation that can be facilitated by the power of hypnosis.

Now, that's a lot of thoughts, and when we approach the idea of learning to control our thoughts and change our lives beginning with the way we think, this sounds like a daunting and even impossible task. But as a certified hypnotist, I know that most of these 60,000 thoughts, for the average person, is composed of mostly the same thoughts over and over again. In fact, most of us will experience the natural phenomenon of negative thought loops. Thought loops are repetitive thoughts that tend to circle around back to the beginning issue without anything getting better or improving. Because it is the thoughts that we think the most that create are everyday emotional states, and because our everyday emotional states then go on to create our habits and most repeated behavior - which then go on to create the results in our life - you can see how negative looping thoughts are not just unpleasant, but also can have negative and unwanted effects in our life. So how to stop this? First of all, it is important to become aware of when it is happening. You may know already that you have certain negative, looping thoughts around a certain topic. If you are not aware, the first thing to do is to ask yourself and what area of your life are you most satisfied. There very often is a negative, looping thought pattern that is either causing or contributing to the results in this area. Second, practice mindfulness or awareness to really see what it is that you are thinking most often and even saying to yourself about this part of your life. So often, it will come down to variations of things such as: "The world is unfair and I can't get what I want, so I might as well not even try." "I'm broken / different than other people, so I can't be happy." "I'm not good/talented/worthy enough to get what I want, so I can't be happy." "The world is dangerous and I'm not safe here, so there's no way I can be happy" etc. It then becomes important to change the words to change the instruction. One of your minds main jobs is to give you what you want. And so often with negative looping thoughts, we are actually giving instruction of what we don't want. One way to really see what we're talking about here and to see how this can be changed is to take a look at your life and look for what IS working. What IS working and going right for you right now? And most importantly, how does this contradict the voice of the negative, looping thought? For example, If you have looping thoughts about how you're going to be alone and no one loves or likes you, where is your life going well and what do you see in your life that contradicts this? The thing about your mind is that it's number one job is to keep you safe. In doing that job it looks for threat in EVERYTHING. This creates a bias towards negative and frightening "evidence." That's right. Your mind will actually make the negative unwanted things in your life seem bigger and more real than the positive things that you actually want. It's time to look for the evidence of what you want to be true in your life, because it's definitely there. Hypnosis: A Powerful Tool for Transformation Hypnosis is a powerful therapeutic technique that can facilitate lasting change by accessing the subconscious mind. During a hypnosis session, you will be guided into a relaxed state, allowing your subconscious mind to be more receptive to positive suggestions. By bypassing the critical, conscious mind, hypnosis helps address deep-rooted beliefs and thought patterns that contribute to negative looping thoughts. Hypnosis works by inducing a trance-like state, which is a state of deep relaxation where the conscious mind becomes less dominant, and the subconscious mind becomes more accessible. In this state, we can deliver positive affirmations and suggestions tailored to address your specific negative thought patterns. Through hypnosis, negative beliefs can be challenged and replaced with positive, empowering beliefs. For example, if you struggle with the belief that you will always be alone and unloved, hypnosis can help you cultivate a sense of self-worth and self-love, which will attract positive relationships into your life. Consistent reinforcement of positive thought patterns is crucial for lasting change and to continue building positive thought processes. Hypnosis offers numerous benefits in addition to breaking free from negative looping thoughts. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, enhance confidence and self-esteem, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being. Negative looping thoughts can have a significant impact on our emotions, behaviors, and overall life outcomes. However, through mindfulness, positive affirmations, and the power of hypnosis, you can take control of your thought patterns and create a more positive and fulfilling life.

They seem to possess so much natural life and energy, and one thing that you will notice is how present they are everyday.
If they experience stress or agitation or fear, they are so quick to shake it off (often with a very literal shake), and quickly be ready to play, explore and prance happily off to the next adventure. But one thing that makes humans separate from other animals is the vast amount of time we spend not in the present, but in the past and future. As a certified mindset hypnotist in the Philadelphia and King of Prussia areas and online, I know that our human obsession with the past - and especially past mistakes and pain - is so often the thief of our power and happiness. I want to ask you a question. Does the past even exist? I mean, we can't go there. We can't change anything or create anything from that place. What we call the past is essentially an interpretation of how we experience time and space on this planet. It is more of a collective idea than an actual thing or place. And yet, we give it YEARS of energy, and this so often rewards us with YEARS of negative, corrosive, destructive emotions such as anger, self-loathing, fear, guilt and despair. This happens to all of us. Story time. I made a mistake recently, and found myself spiraling down to increasingly negative feelings as I relived the mistake over and over again. When you run your own business, you wear a lot of hats and spin a lot of plates. At the end of this summer, it will be my third year doing what I do. For 98% of those 3 years, I've been juggling administrative balls expertly. But recently I dropped a couple balls, and I missed two of my consultation calls. Technically the first wasn't my fault as it was a technological glitch. But the second one definitely was. I just literally got distracted with work and it completely slipped my mind. I simply screwed up. No excuses, no crazy explanation. I had a human moment and fell on my face. I lost the opportunity to connect, and I potentially destroyed the referral relationship as well. Yep. I've been beating up myself a lot ever since. It was such a dumb mistake, and it cost me. I also really, really hate letting people down. I've replayed that moment a hundred times in my head. I've since made a change to prevent this even more moving forward, but that didn't make me feel any better. And of course it didn't stop there. My clever mind also brought up ALL the other times from my past where I made mistakes, screwed up, fell flat on my face and embarrassed myself. So I started feeling even WORSE. I finally realized what was happening and asked myself… What is the point of all of this?? Why am I feeding all of this energy into the past?? What purpose is this fulfilling and why am I doing it?? ALL of the things that we want to feel about our lives - and it's ALWAYS desired feelings that drive us - can only be felt NOW. In the present. And when we are feeling the opposite - feeling bad - we can't feel the things that we want to feel. We must choose one or the other. Now negative feelings do have use and they are natural, and we must never discount the very real and painful wrongs, betrayals, abandonments and violations that were done to us. But when the more we dwell there, the more we feed them. We give them more and more power. They get stronger, and hungrier and bigger. And then they start stealing from our time and power and these are two of our most precious resources that we have on this planet. There comes a time when we have to say, "NO. You get no more." Understanding the Power of the Present Before delving into how hypnosis can assist you in releasing the past, let's briefly touch upon the significance of living in the present moment. The present is where life unfolds, where opportunities arise, and where happiness can be experienced. It is the only time we have real control over our actions and decisions. Yet, we often get entangled in the cobwebs of our past experiences, unable to fully embrace the present. The past can hold us back in various ways - replaying painful memories, nurturing regrets, or fostering negative emotions. The more we dwell on the past, the harder it becomes to live in the now and create the life we truly desire. Hypnosis offers a way to address these issues at their core, helping us let go of the past and regain control of our present reality. So when you find yourself stuck and reliving past mistakes and pass wrongs and past pain over and over and over again, you've got to: 1. Come back into the present. Snap back into the only real time, the only time that is real, by telling yourself " I am here NOW. I can't change that, but I can change things NOW. I can make things better NOW." 2. Decide what you want to feel instead. Peace? Power? Confidence? 3. Say, " What thought can I think right now to give me THAT feeling? " With practice, this pattern interrupt can change your life. The next time you watch your pet, make sure you take a page from their playbook and shake off the past more often and stay more present every day. Understanding Hypnosis Hypnosis is a powerful therapeutic technique that taps into the subconscious mind to bring about positive changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Contrary to popular misconceptions, hypnosis is not about losing control or being in a trance-like state. Instead, it is a heightened state of focus and relaxation where the hypnotist guides the client to access their inner resources for personal growth and healing. During a hypnosis session, the hypnotist uses various techniques to induce a trance-like state, enabling the client to bypass their critical conscious mind and access the subconscious. In this receptive state, the hypnotist can help the client explore the root causes of past traumas, negative thought patterns, and emotional blockages. By addressing these issues at their source, hypnosis empowers individuals to release the past's hold on their lives. Letting Go of the Past with Hypnosis Hypnosis allows individuals to reframe their perceptions and responses to past events. It helps in acknowledging the past's impact while disassociating from its emotional burden. Through this process, one can free themselves from the grip of negative emotions and memories that hinder personal growth and happiness. Identifying and Resolving Traumatic Experiences Traumatic experiences from the past can create deep emotional wounds that continue to influence our lives in the present. Hypnosis can help individuals access these buried memories and work through them in a safe and supportive environment. By reframing the perception of these events, individuals can find healing and release the emotional weight they've been carrying. Letting Go of Regrets and Guilt Regrets and guilt over past decisions can be a significant obstacle to living in the present. Hypnosis can help you explore the root causes of these feelings and assist you in forgiving yourself and moving forward. This process empowers you to make peace with your past and embrace a more positive outlook on life. Breaking Negative Thought Patterns Thoughts and beliefs formed in response to past experiences can shape our self-perception and behaviors. Hypnosis can help identify negative thought patterns and replace them with positive affirmations and empowering beliefs. As a result, you'll experience a shift in mindset that supports your journey towards letting go of the past. Would You Like to Find Out More? Most of us claim that we want no part of these things in our lives, and we go out of our way to prevent it. But sometimes it is this very unwanted energy that our unconscious minds uses to try to keep us safe and comfortable. As a certified mindset hypnotist located in the Philadelphia neighborhood of King of Prussia, it always fascinates me how clever the human mind is. Out of all the important jobs that your mind does for you, it's two most important ones are:
Everything that it does can be put into one of these two categories. And when they conflict - and they often do - the minds default choice is the first one. Unfortunately it also has a very wide definition of "safe." Self- sabotage occurs when there is a battle or tension between your conscious desires and your unconscious perceived needs, resulting in unharmonious, conflicted behavior. This behavior can manifest in many ways, including increased episodes of drama, conflict, fighting and even illness and accidents. So how to overcome this?
Hypnosis is a natural and effective method to change old, repeating behavioral patterns to move forward and get what you want. It does so by working at the subconscious level, challenging fears and are sense of discomfort to increase and expand what is really possible for us. As a Philadelphia and King of Prussia practitioner of hypnosis, I work with individuals to explore their unique challenges and goals. Each hypnosis session is tailored to address the individual's specific needs, guiding them towards a more empowered and fulfilling life. It's important to note that while hypnosis can be a valuable tool for personal growth and self-improvement, it is not a quick fix. It requires commitment, self-reflection, and a willingness to embrace change. Hypnosis should always be practiced by qualified professionals who adhere to ethical guidelines and prioritize their clients' well-being. Through hypnosis, you can develop a deeper understanding of the underlying motivations behind your self-sabotaging behaviors. By bringing these motivations to light, you gain the ability to rewrite your subconscious programming and create new, more positive patterns. Hypnosis sessions may involve techniques such as regression, visualization, and suggestion, all aimed at aligning your conscious desires with your unconscious needs. To understand why self-sabotaging is such a common behavior and why it can be so hard to get out of, it's important to first understand how your mind works.
As a certified hypnotist, I know that your mind's Number One job is to keep you safe. Everything else, including your desires and what you actually want in life, takes a back seat to that main job. That is the mind's default setting. As you can guess, we often run into trouble when what we want and what we unconsciously need to feel safe are in opposition to each other. This is when self-sabotage can occur. So what exactly is self-sabotage? So sabotage occurs when there is tension between what we desire and perceived, often unconscious needs, which results in disharmonious, conflicted behavior. The mind, by default, wants to actively avoid discomfort and anything unknown. But as we get older, we realize that what we most want and desire lies in the unknown. One very common way that self-sabotage shows up is when we are experiencing resistance to the very things that we want most. If you find yourself trying to make a change in your life - such as a big change in your job, starting a business, pursuing more clients, taking action towards improving your job or finances, or doing any change that will improve your life for the better - you may be experiencing self-sabotaging behavior. So what to do about this? #1. Be compassionate. You are not broken. Remember always that you, just like a puppy, perform best with love, praise and patience. One of the most harmful things that people do is to beat themselves up, which only makes the situation worse. #2. Ask yourself, "What could be scaring me about this change that I most want? What needs will staying where I am help me to meet?" The truth is that every change actually brings both positive and "negative" things. For example, starting a business or chasing more clients could also mean an increase in the time that you are spending on your business. This means that you will have to take time away from other things, including things that you may like a great deal. This is just one example. You may need to get honest about unconscious or hidden things that scare you in order to face it, challenge it and Make sure you are meeting that need in a better way (i.e. making a personal contract with yourself to ensure that you still make time to do the fun things you like to do in the earlier example). #3. Stay connected to your big WHYs - The big reasons that you want to make this change. Your desire is a powerful, powerful force in your life. It can be harnessed to bring incredible changes into your life. It's vital that you keep your inner fire - your passion, your desires, your wants and your pool towards your dreams - lit and fed. Immerse yourself in the company of others who are serious about desiring the changes that you want in your life, as they can help to push you towards what you want. And finally, hypnosis is a powerful and effective way to make these changes, though it is certainly not the only way. Once you really get comfortable with the unknown, there is no stopping you in life. As a certified hypnotist, I know that your mind has two main jobs: to give you what you want, and to keep you safe. In any case where the two of these jobs conflict with each other (and it often may), the default winner is always safety or survival. Now the interesting thing about this is that most people's minds have made a correlation in childhood between survival and comfort, or repetitive habits actions and results. And unless we challenge and override this connection, it can tend to result in an interesting and disruptive phenomena commonly referred to as self-sabotage. How to get around this? The great news is that the mind is incredibly capable of learning. But this will require a new perspective, including changing the way we think, changing the way we perceive ourselves and our place in this world and changing our relationship with our emotions. Hypnosis is a powerful and effective way to make these changes, though it is certainly not the only way. Dialoguing with your mind AKA changing the way you speak to yourself and think is a powerful daily habit that can break looping self-sabotaging behaviors. Once you really get comfortable with the unknown, there is no stopping you in life. You can find her at www.newworldcoaching.org . What do you believe is the biggest obstacle to your success, your happiness and your life fulfillment? If you're like most people, you may name outside circumstances such as other people, discrimination, and even competition. While these are very real and can certainly provide challenge and be an obstacle, it is shown that one of the biggest obstacles that we must learn to overcome is actually our own harsh over critical thoughts aka the Inner Critic. I know I've personally lost count of how many great and accomplished people have repeatedly emphasized their own experience that once they managed to get a hold of the negative, harsh, critical looping thoughts in their own heads, the world opened up for them and things began to fall into place. As a certified hypnotist, I know that our thoughts create our feelings, our feelings create our habits and our habits create our life. But where does this inner voice come from? In short, it is a combination of the various critical voices of those authority figures who shaped us: parents, grandparents, teachers, counselors, pastors, priests, employers, older siblings, and even colleagues, friends, lovers and acquaintances that we have given the power of authority or importance to. Anytime someone criticizes us, and we decide that person's opinion matters, the subconscious mind makes a note to record that information and absorb it for future instruction, if for nothing else than to prevent future pain, especially the pain of rejection. This criticism echoes in our head anytime we want to reach for something more or to stretch ourselves. Why is this a problem? Because everything that you want - a higher paying job, a more exciting career, a new or bigger business, an exciting and sexy relationship - must be found on the other side of our comfort zone. We have to stretch and order to get what we really want, and the Inner Critic's job is to keep us where we're at. The Inner Critic's job is to mold us to the image of someone else, but what will make you most happy is to mold yourself to the image that YOU want. Therefore the Inner Critic must be challenged and quieted. So how to do that?
Praise yourself often and every day. Mutter wonderful things under your breath randomly, even if they don't make sense. Habits are created over time, and habits often can take time to be replaced. But the world has so much to offer you, and the more you are able to believe that - like, really and TRULY believe that - the faster those wonderful things can happen for you. I've worried pretty much from the beginning about everything. Worrying is in my personality type. It’s in my family order as a first born. And it is even in my astrological chart! I have an active mind, and it has always been natural and easy for me to worry. It has been easy for me to worry about everything all the time. In fact, I was that woman who always had a big giant purse of all the things that I needed. And in that purse, one thing that I often carried was an umbrella. I felt the need to always be prepared for the worse. At all times. Even at like 18. Fast forward many years, and as a certified mindset hypnotist, I have made some changes about myself. My purse, though existent and not wallet-size, is much smaller than it used to be. And you will not find an umbrella in there anymore. I've decided to let the umbrella go. In this current 21st century life of ours, it’s no wonder that so many of us worry about the what ifs. The information age and social media are constantly throwing worst-case, negative, terrifying imagery into our faces 24/7. Today, it's more natural to be a worrier more than ever before. But what is worrying, exactly? And how can we change it? The best answer I can give is that worrying is where your imagination went. The vast majority of us had vivid active imaginations as children. As we grow older, society conditions and forces us to give up the imaginative desires, dreams and goals fueled by our imagination and to embrace the real and dull world of adulting. When we get to a certain age, society demands that we put away our toys, grow up and get real. But what happens to our imagination? Many of us believe that we just lose it and that we are no longer imaginative or creative people. Nothing could be further from the truth. We never give up our imagination. Our imagination never leaves us. It is simply given another job. For most adults, the imagination now takes on the roll of Worry Engine. Where once it created vivid conversations with imaginary friends, expansive magical kingdoms and elaborate fairytale costumes, it now puts just as much gusto into creating hell visions of catastrophe, doom, humiliation, rejection, destruction and death. Especially towards anything new that we want to do. Your imagination is alive and well, but it's likely working against you instead of in your favor. So, what to do about this? Instead of worrying about the worst case scenario, how about reverse worrying instead and asking yourself, “What's the best thing that can happen to me today?” Most people recognize with their rational mind that scientifically what is most likely to happen in today's world is that you will be safe and something even better could happen. So why not employ your powerful imagination to inundate you with visions of success, glory and the best possible outcomes? Practice reverse worrying or a change. Furthermore, excessive worrying may hint at an out-of-balance relationship with control. Our ordered and civilized lives often give us the illusion that everything can be under our control. But this is truly not the nature of life. Even in our civilized 21st century lives, life still will harbor plenty of uncertainty and unpredictability. Ask yourself, “What can I control today? And what can I not control? And what is a waste of my energy to try to control?” Practicing these two things can have powerful and positive effects on your life over time. When you stop obsessively carrying around a bulky umbrella “just in case,” it makes room for things you actually want…or just lightness, which in itself is priceless. Many people think of a stage hypnosis show, where a hypnotist has hypnotized someone into believing they’re a dog or a duck. The audience then gets a great laugh to watch this person bark or quack, or even go all rigid believing that they are a steel bar. Now, this is certainly a fun method of hypnosis. But hypnosis has so many more and incredible applications that can benefit us in so many ways. I want to talk about one today: mindset. What is mindset? I like to think of it as a combination of your attention, your focus, your thoughts, and your emotions all, which come together to create a measurable visible result in your life. Mindset is so important. When it comes to achieving our goals and unlocking our potential, the reason for this is because it plays a crucial originating role in the end results that we see in our life. Our mindset creates our habits and behaviors, and these habits and behaviors are really how we spend most of our life and time on this earth. In turn, these habits and behaviors then create our life and our results. Any time we are going through a change or a transition or wanting to achieve something that is different, it is vital that we begin to shift our mindset towards what we want. So how to know if you may need to pay attention to your mindset? If you experience yourself feeling stuck in place, trying to make a change but circling back to the same unwanted spot again and again and again, this may be a sign that your mindset needs attention. It's so hard to have your attention, your focus, your thoughts, and your emotions run the same way and in the same patterns and expect different results. Hypnosis is a powerful way to do just that. Hypnosis helps to get beneath the surface exploring the unconscious habits of thought and feeling that are running us. Most people tend to fail to make change or to make it stick because they change the habit of action only. But an important role of the mind is that every habit of action is run by a habit of thought. It's important to change the habit of thought to make the most and lasting impact on the habit of action. And mindset work, especially with the assistance of hypnosis, can do just that. Regardless of whether or not you choose to use hypnosis, I'd like for you to ask yourself… Is there an area in your life where you are feeling stuck? And if so, what thoughts, what feelings may be keeping you stuck in place? And where are you putting the majority of your attention and focus? On what is keeping you stuck? Or on the solution that will get you free?
