What is Hypnosis? And How Can It Help Me?
My approach to hypnosis can best be described as relearning how to use your most powerful tool and servant.
Your mind is a GOLD MINE of power, capable of incredible feats of success, achievement and happiness. You just need to know the formula to tap into it!
When we think of the mind, we often think of one system. However, it is helpful to think of the mind in two parts: the conscious and the subconscious.
When we experience blocks in life, it is likely because we are consciously trying to push forward, while we subconsciously are being magnetized to move in a different direction . This sabotaging behavior is very common and makes sense once we understand the role that the subconscious mind plays in our lives.
When we use hypnosis, we learn to blend the two parts of your mind - the conscious and the subconscious - to create much-desired and lasting change that reverberates throughout your life and makes you extremely powerful, effective and focused.
Hypnosis is relaxing, enjoyable and EXTREMELY effective in creating big and lasting changes.

Hypnosis Questions
Q. Is hypnosis mind control?
A. No. There is no such thing as mind control. A hypnotist cannot control you. You have control over your own thoughts and actions at all times. Stage hypnosis is done for the sake of entertainment and still depends upon the willingness of the hypnotized person. You will remain very comfortable and relaxed and will only be taking suggestions that you want, related directly to your goals, dreams and desires.
Q. Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
A. No. Hypnosis makes use of natural lowered states of consciousness that you experience every day, and likely multiple times per day. If you were in a hypnotic session that would abruptly end, you would simply come out of the session as you would from a daydream or relaxed state, and would continue completely in your normal state of mind, though with all the benefits of relaxation!
Q. Do I need to be completely still in hypnosis?
A. No. You can move, shift around, scratch, clear your throat, etc. while in hypnosis. It's ok! The benefits will be the same.
Q. I think I am too highly intelligent or of low intelligence to be hypnotized. Is that true?
A. Not likely. Though successful hypnosis does rely upon a normal and healthy brain function, the good news is that this is most people! Most people can be hypnotized if they choose to. It is all about willingness. You can do anything you want to do. That being said, if you are currently under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if you are mentally disabled or suffer from mental illness, you may find that you are not an ideal candidate for hypnosis.
